ATTENTION ALL FITNESS/WEIGHT LOSS BLOGS WHO FOLLOW ME! Lately this Tumblr has become more and more focused on my adventures with training, nutrition, and progress in transforming my body to something I am completely comfortable with. The majority of my followers (fear not non fitness related followers I love you all equally!) are mostly fitness, and weight loss blogs, and I’d really like to help everyone as much as possible in some way, and although my base of knowledge is far from vast I’d still like to share as much helpful information as I can!
SO! If you are someone who has trouble with your weight this this documentary is incredible, and it’s also something that sits very well with me being strictly Paleo. It delves into how the food industry has slowly moved to becoming something that only supports what is profitable, and not what is best for us. We no longer eat food, we eat food like products that resemble real food! It really pains me to see so many kind hearted, and all round good people on tumblr struggling with their weight, and being unhappy when the solution to the problem is in most cases very simple.
At my worst I used to weigh 124kg, and as a recovered alcoholic, and ex-smoker, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that bad food was the most addictive substance I’ve ever dealt with. This documentary delves into why this is such a problem in our society. SO! Anyone who follows me that is health/fitness OR! Paleo related will get a huge kick out of this, AND! you can watch it online here for freehttp://www.hungryforchange.tv/
or here’s a torrent http://thepiratebay.se/torrent/7145809/Hungry_For_Change_-_Your_Health_is_in_Your_HandsReblogging this because Cam is wonderful for trying to help people and these kinds of documentaries need to reach more people.
I haven’t watched it yet, but I’m about to. Looks like something everyone should see.
